Our leather handlebar tape is made from 6ft+ seamless leather strips with smooth finished edges. This is long enough to fit padding underneath the bar tape. This leather bar wrap will also fit odd shaped and Ergo bars for most bicycles.
Midnight Blue is a blue/black pull up style hide that starts nearly jet black and as it’s wrapped around your handlebars it lightens and reveals a gorgeous deep indigo color. These hides are made with a hot waxed tanning technique that highlights the natural tones and rich colors of this leather, and will be enhanced over time in both feel and appearance over the years on your bicycle. We highly recommend you condition this tape after installing it.

This tape comes in three styles:
Classic Tape- This is our smoothest style. It is simple, no decorations and lets the texture and grain of the leather shine. This style is best if you prefer to ride without gloves and like a smooth feel.
Stitched- Stitching offers an additional layer of grip to the surface as well as providing some visual texture and color to the tape. We offer custom color stitched options (link).
Stitched and Perforated- S&P tape offers the most visual decoration but does not offer much additional grip. S&P tape should be conditioned more due to the perforations allowing more surface area for sweat or water to infiltrate.
Each set comes with finishing cord and leather capped cork bar ends.

United StatesExperience installing was different, I am using these on carbon aero bars and I have to soak them in water a few hours to get the to stretch which was a trick I learned from a park tool video. Once installed they look great and and feel great. If you’re on the fence imagine your handlebars having the premium feel of a leather steering wheel in a luxury car. Reminds me of my first Lexus.
United StatesThe tape wraps beautifully and maintains good hand feel in both dry and wet conditions. Leh produces a very durable, long lasting product that improves with age and can be re wrapped a number of times before replacement is necessary.
United StatesI was tired of going thru fake bar tape on my vintage Italian steel bike. Sure it looked pretty with all its colors when first applied but quickly wore thru the top thin decorative layer. The dyed leather is consistent all the way thru and the stitched pattern gives it a look of luxury. Application was comparable to all others, however the waxed string at the top gives a look of class. I am proud to show off my latest bike upgrade.
